Off to a great start at Ann Arbor Orthodontics! Everyone at the practice was warm, friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Brandon took his time to explain the options in language we could understand, and the staff was friendly, patient, and accommodating. My son has been going here for the last few months for an expander and now braces. Therefore, I have interacted with the staff 3-4 times in our consultation and subsequent checkups.
In my experience, the staff is kind and professional. I appreciated them, especially during the consultation, when they were patient and made sure I understood what needed to happen. This whole process was new to me. I also really appreciated that they worked with me financially. Insurance didn't cover this so having a payment plan was the only way to make it happen.
