Dr. Brandon and the staff at Ann Arbor Orthodontics are incredible. I was very impressed with the organization of the practice and the interior design of the office from the beginning during my consultation. My orthodontic treatment was started by Dr. Maria Pinzon and was taken over by Dr. Brandon towards the end of my treatment. Although I was sad to see Dr. Pinzon retire, Dr. Brandon continued my treatment plan seamlessly, answered my questions, and always worked around my busy schedule. With their warm personalities, Ronda, Shelby, and Ella made the office feel like home. The office also ensured I could afford my care with a payment plan. Dr. Brandon is a talented orthodontist and I felt very safe under his care. After two years in traditional braces, my teeth are beautiful! I can't say enough about this practice! Very pleased with the work I had done at Ann Arbor Orthodontics. I never had braces as a kid and have always been insecure about my smile; however, Dr. Shoukri and the entire team made the Invisalign process so easy and comfortable. My son has been going here for the last few months for an expander and now braces. Therefore, I have interacted with the staff 3-4 times in our consultation and subsequent checkups.
In my experience, the staff is kind and professional. I appreciated them, especially during the consultation, when they were patient and made sure I understood what needed to happen. This whole process was new to me. I also really appreciated that they worked with me financially. Insurance didn't cover this so having a payment plan was the only way to make it happen.
